Broker/Owner Rick Reardon has been in the Real Estate Business since 1991. He started out as an agent with Gail Reardon Realty, which was founded by his parents in 1987. In 2000, Rick purchased the business, joined ERA Franchise Systems, Inc., and ERA Reardon Realty was born.
In 2009, two wonderful opportunities presented themselves. First, we purchased the Coldwell Banker Archway of Jackson & Irish Hills offices. We then acquired the agents from Century 21 Elite in Brooklyn and took over the office space in Fountain Plaza. These acquisitions have helped us become the largest Real Estate company in Jackson & Brooklyn.
We have worked hard at having the most honest, ethical and well trained professionals in the business. By sticking to our family values and TEAM concept, we grew a very successful business. Since 2000, our team has grown to more than 40 great real estate agents, proving that ERA Reardon Realty is always growing, always evolving, and Always There for You®.

ERA Real Estate started with the ambition and imagination of a man named Jim Jackson, who saw the potential not only in selling property, but also in capitalizing on the fresh territory of technology. This was reflected in his new company’s name, Electronic Realty Associates, Inc., which opened for business in 1972.

In 1995, the company launched TeamERA.com, an information center focused on providing ERA® sales associates and brokers with timely data about the global franchise and the real estate industry. The Intranet site is home to training programs, customizable marketing materials and technology programs. ERA Sales Associates also benefit from the finest products and services, training and marketing support available.
